    We accept most major insurance plans. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Medicare or Medicaid.

    We are in-network, preferred providers for:

    • Sunlife/DHA
    • Blue Cross & Blue Shield (not in network with BCBS of Alabama)
    • Delta Dental PPO & Premier
    • Humana
    • MetLife
    • Careington Dental
    • Cigna PPO
    • GEHA

    We are in network with other dental insurances that fall under the Dental Health Alliance and GEHA umbrellas. To see if your insurance falls under those umbrellas visit

    Unfortunately we are not able to provide Medicaid services.
