The D. Brian Williams DDS Team

Dr. Brian Williams, Charlotte's King of Crowns, is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina and a graduate of Wake Forest University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Dental School. After graduating dental school in 1996, Dr. Williams ventured out joining the Air Force. As a captain in the Air Force, he was stationed in Wichita, Kansas where he served the men and women who so graciously served our country. After moving back to North Carolina, Dr. Williams settled in Charlotte where he went to work renting space from another dentist in his office.

After some time at that office, Dr. Williams then purchased his own practice which is now D. Brian Williams, D.D.S., P.A. Dr. Williams has now been the sole owner and operator of his practice for more than 14 years. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his dogs, Buddy and Sophie, hanging out with friends, snorkeling and watching sporting events.

Dr. Baker recently moved to the Charlotte area from Wilmington, North Carolina and is looking forward to meeting new and existing patients. He is originally from Vienna, Virginia and went to the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina, for his undergraduate degree in Biology. He then attended Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond,

Virginia, and graduated with his D.D.S. in 2018.

Following dental school, Dr. Baker was commissioned as an Officer in the United States Navy and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at Great Lakes Naval Station in Chicago, Illinois. He served for five years in the Navy at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina and retired in July 2023 to move to Charlotte. Dr. Baker enjoys esthetic dentistry and helping patients achieve the smile of their dreams.

When he is not immersed in dentistry, Dr. Baker enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and trying new restaurants. He also has a 6 year old Husky named Caleb that runs his household. Dr. Baker is excited to be joining the team full-time at D. Brian Williams DDS.

Dr. Marilee Weaver was born and raised in Port Orange, Florida. She graduated from the University of Florida with a major in Microbiology and Cell Science and minors in Chemistry and Art History. Dr. Weaver then completed her dental training and an additional Advanced Education in General Dentistry postdoctoral residency with the Gators.

Since completing her formal education, Dr. Weaver has done continued education in the areas of endodontics, oral surgery, Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry. She has trained at the Dawson Academy and regularly attends meetings with the local dental chapters. She has received Fellowship Awards through the Academy of General Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Providing the most advanced, comprehensive dental care in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere is a priority for Dr. Weaver. She dedicates herself to understanding her patients' needs and exceeding their expectations. Dr. Weaver practices with the philosophy to treat every patient with compassion and a gentle artistic touch.

Dr. Weaver enjoys traveling with her family, running and cheering on the Gators and Panthers!

As an Administrator at D Brian Williams, DDS, PA, Tyler C Phillips brings a wealth of expertise in managing dental offices and ensuring seamless operations. With a passion for helping others, Tyler has dedicated his career to improving patient care and administrative efficiency within the healthcare sector.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Tyler finds joy in sports and exploring new destinations through travel. His adventurous spirit is complemented by a deep commitment to community service, having served on multiple boards and provided consultancy to offices across the country.

Tyler’s personal life is equally fulfilling, sharing his home with three beloved dogs—Sophie, Buddy, and Gunner—and a cherished cat named George. He finds strength and support in his marriage to Brian, cherishing their life together.
