This plan provides preventative dental services for yourself and each member of your household via a predictable plan payment. Restorative services are provided to plan members at a discount and may be combined with our other financing options (such as CareCredit) as needed.

    Membership in our In-Office Dental Loyalty Program is available to all patients. After payment of an annual fee, members receive the following benefits:

    Doctor Exam, Digital X-Ray’s for cavity detection, Dental Cleaning and Periodontal Evaluation (*Periodontal therapy not included) Oral Cancer Screening, Oral Hygiene Instruction, TMJ Screening, Fluoride Treatment twice a year

    20% Discount on Needed Services

    A treatment plan will be provided in writing for all recommended procedures displaying the regular fee and discounted rates. 20% Discount off Usual, Customary Fees.
